摘要
通过正交实验考察了淀粉羧甲基化反应中影响取代度的各种因素 ,在确定的最佳反应条件下 ,可以制备取代度为 0 .92的羧甲基淀粉醚。红外光谱和扫描电镜对所制备的羧甲基淀粉进行的结构确认和形貌观察结果表明 :玉米淀粉即使以颗粒形态参与反应 ,羧甲基化反应也可在淀粉颗粒内部进行 ;对照海藻酸钠对其粘度性能进行的测试结果表明 :CMS糊液较海藻酸钠糊液抗酸碱性、抗重金属离子、抗稀释性能和储藏稳定性好 ;质量分数为 4 %CMS糊液同质量分数为 4 %海藻酸钠糊液相比 ,其粘度受剪切应力的影响较大 。
The influence factors on the synthesis of carboxymethyl starch with high degree of substitution are investigated by experiments designed on the basis of orthogonality project L9(3 4).A carboxymethyl starch with high degree of substitution of 0.92 is obtained with the best determined parameters of synthesis. The adhensive property comparing to sodium alginate,the structure determination and surface morphorlogy analysis of the carboxymethyl starch(DS=0.92) are also studied. IR spectra shows that the starch carboxymethylation reaction really takes place,and SEM pictures shows that the carboxymethyl reaction not only takes place on the surface of starch granules,but also inside the starch granules. the synthesized CMS exhibits high viscosity at low concentration, which remains constant at the range of pH 5~11.Comparing to sodium alginate, the synthesized CMS has bigger shear thinning rheological behavior and higher resistance to acid alkali,heavy metal ions and dilution.
