摘要
本研究采用二次碱化新工艺制备了水溶性羧甲基茯苓多糖,并对新旧工艺进行了比较。结果表明,使用改进的新工艺完全可以制备出质量符合要求的产品。
A new twice alkalization method for preparation of carboxymethylpachymaran was studied in this article. The new alkalization method was compared with the old that. Results showed that carboxymethylpachymaran from the new technology was fine in quality.
