The development of the leading function of the teachers teaching embodies in the teachers realization of his teaching responsibilities and the cultivation of his teaching competence at ordinary times. From the standards of the teachers professional character, the article derives the problems for attention of the responsibility and the quality structure for a teacher of politics.
