班级管理是微观教育管理层面最重要的部分 ,关键在于抓住班级思想、组织、作风、文化建设 ,同时了解班级建设的影响因素 。
The class grade management is the most important part of the microscopic section in educational management. What counts most is to insist on the class grade construction of thought, organization, style and culture, and in the meantime to find out the influential factors of the class grade construction. Then on this basis, the class grade management will be really effective.
