摘要 胚胎分割是研究细胞分化、早期胚胎发育、胚胎细胞全能性的有力手段。采用不同的分割方法可对不同时期的胚胎进行分割。有多方面因素影响分割胚胎的成活率。将胚胎分割技术与细胞核移植、临床诊断等相结合 ,将具有更为广阔的应用前景。 Embryo bisection is a powerful means in the study of cell differentiation, early embryonic development and the totipotency of embryo cell. People can bisect the embryo at different stage by different bisection method. The survival ratio of bisected embryo is influenced by many factors. There will be wider application prospect if we combine the embryo bisection with new biotechniques such as cell nuclear transfer, diagnosis before child birth, and so on.
