摘要
对涟钢六轧钢厂钢筋表面起泡的形成原因进行了详细分析。得出终轧温度过高、冷却强度不够及冷却不均是钢筋表面起泡的重要影响因素。通过将原穿水冷却工艺改造成快冷工艺 ,钢筋表面起泡完全消除 。
In this papers,the causes of bubbling in the surface layer of a reinforced bar produced by No6 rolling plant of the Liangang.The results shous that higher final rolling temperature,lower cooling intensity and unsymmetrical water cooling are the main causes of bubbling in surface layer of this reinforced bar Hence the through-water cooling was remaked into a quick-cooling process,the bubbling phenomenon in surface layer of the reinforced bar is dispelled completely.The mechanical property of the bar are improved too.
