摘要
在论述二氧化锡气敏机理的基础上,介绍了通过掺杂金属、金属离子、金属氧化物等方法制备二氧化锡膜气敏传感器的研究成果以及二氧化锡传感器阵列电鼻子的研究现状,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
The gas-sensitive theory of SnO2 was introduced briefly and the research achievements on manufacturing SnO2 gas-sensitive sensor was stated in detail by means of doping metal, metal ion, metal oxides etc.. At the same time, the present study situation of SnO2 gas-sensitive sensors grid array electric-nose was overviewed too.
