摘要
用卵黄平板 (有机磷 )和磷灰石平板 (无机磷 )从土壤中筛选出具有解磷能力的菌株 ,根据其解磷圈大小判断其解磷能力。结果获得 8株具有较强解磷能力的芽孢杆菌 ,它们分别属于蜡质芽孢杆菌 (Bacilluscereus)、栗褐芽孢杆菌 (Bacillusbadius)和巨大芽孢杆菌 (Bacillusmegaterium)。
The bacteria, which can convert binding-phosphor into active phosphor, are isolated from soil by inoculated on yolk (or phosphor mine) culture medium. The capacity of dissolving phosphor is determined by the size of transparent(or turbid) ring around the colony. Result shows that eight strains, which have a powerful ability of dissolving binding-phosphor, are obtained and they belong to Bacillus cereus, Bacillus badius and Bacillus megaterium,respectively.
