摘要
针对中储式球磨机制粉系统的特点,结合电站制粉系统的具体情况,本文介绍了作者基于组态王和VC++开发的仿真、调试、控制及诊断集成的一体化软件,主要介绍整体软件的开发思路和方法。
In view of properties of ball mill pulverized system,an advanced synthesized software is developed which integ rates simulation,debug g ing ,control and diag nosis.The software has functions of static and dynamic debug g ing ,real time supervising and operation instruction,and it includes system simulation and real time control alg orithms and whole process automatic starting or stopping control.The whole system is realized with config uration software King View5.0and Visual C++6.0.
