摘要
钢球工作参数对球磨机的磨煤产量、能耗和钢耗都有很大影响。本文将计算机仿真技术引入该研究领域,在建立仿真模型的基础上,成功地实现了钢球磨损工艺过程的计算机数字仿真和图形仿真;同时,利用计算机辅助建模和汉化处理等手段,用户可方便地建立和修改模型。该方法省时、经济、可行,对研究复杂系统尤为如此。
The Dalls working parameter has a gnEat influeme on the output of grinded coal, energy consumption, and sted consumption. This paper introdnus the technology of computer emulation into that field. Based on a emulation model, it successfully emulates the technological process of bavls arbrasion by digits and figmes in computers; At the sometime, by means ofcomputer auxiliary setting -- up model and Chinese -- characters meatment,etc, the users can set -- up and alter the model lonvienthy. This method is time -- saving, economical, and fo4sible, esp for studying the complex system.
