摘要
根据铁磁性颗粒和弱磁性颗粒在沉积管内理论沉积位置的不同,研制出新型金属磨粒监测仪,通过实验验证了其对铁磁性颗粒和弱磁性颗粒均能进行监测,并探讨了弱磁性颗粒在沉积管内沉积的规律。
A new kind of metal debris monitoring instrument is developed based on analyzing different deposit positions of magnetic/sub-magnetic debris in the precipitation tube. Both theoretical and experimental results show that the instrument can be used to monitor both magnetic and sub-magnetic debris. Deposit position law of sub-magnetic debris in the precipitation tube is also discussed.
