摘要
在对直读式铁谱仪改进的基础上,研制了一种新型金属磨粒分析仪,利用该仪器试验了铁磁性颗粒和弱磁性铜颗粒在沉积管内的沉积规律,结果表明金属磨粒分析仪能监测这两类性质不同的颗粒,且弱磁性铜颗粒在沉积管内的沉积不是随机的,这与目前铁谱监测技术中认为弱磁性铜颗粒是随机沉积的结论不同。弱磁性铜颗粒与铁磁性颗粒在沉积管内的沉积曲线具有大致相同的形状,即双曲线。文中还给出这两种颗粒混合油液的沉积试验结果和沉积曲线。
A new Metal Debris Monitoring Instrument (MDMI) is developed on the basis of improving the old Direct Reading ferrography (DR). The experiments both for sub magnetic and magnetic debris were made in the precipitator with MDMI. The results showed that these two kinds of debris can be monitored by the instrument and the deposition law of a sub magnetic copper particles, which is generally considered to be random, is not at random. The copper particles have their own distribution law in the tube precipitator, and can be expressed by the similar depositional curve, that is hyperbolic curve, as that of magnetic particles. The compound particles' depositional curve of both magnetic and sub magnetic debris are measured and given in this work.
