HP与HP—LP转子用2.5NiCrMoV超净化钢的研制 被引量:1

摘要 从一重量为90吨的2.5NiCrMoV超净化钢锭制造了一支HP-LP试验转子,其LP直径为1750mm,HP直径为1250mm。该HP-LP转子是日本制钢所按芝东,GE联合项目为电力研究(EPRI)制造的。该转子采用不同的热处理:即LP段喷水面HP段鼓风冷却,而后回火到790MPa均匀的强度水平。其HP段中心的FATT是-5℃,LP段是15℃。当把LP段的抗位强度增加到860MPa时,FATT则增加为45℃。在565℃初步进行的持久试验表明:2.5NiCrMoV试验转子的持久强度与常规1CrMoV钢的相当,并有优良的持久塑性。该钢有良好的淬硬性,适合于直径至少为2米的LP转子。
