摘要
[目的]探讨以青藏高原和柴达木地区丰富的唐古特白刺、沙刺和枸杞等天然植物资源的果实为主要原料开发的红珍珠血脂康胶囊调节血脂的作用机制。[方法]以肥甘饮食造成高脂血症大、小鼠模型,观察红珍珠血脂康胶囊对总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量等指标的影响。[结果]红珍珠血脂康胶囊能显著降低高脂血症小鼠和大鼠血清TC、TG(与高脂模型组比,P<0.05或 P<0.01)。能降低高脂血症大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(与高脂模型组比P<0.05或P<0.01);增强高脂血症大鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力(与高脂模型组比P<0.05)。[结论]提示红珍珠血脂康胶囊具有预防高脂血症、改善动脉粥样硬化等作用。
[ Objective ] To observe the regulatory effect of Hongzhenzhu Xuezhikang Capsule (HXC), a prescription mainly composed of the fruits of Nitraria tangutorun Bobr. Hippophae rhamnoides L. and Lycium barbarum L. collected from Qing-Tibetan Plateau and Chaidamil Region, on blood lipid level. [ Methods ] Rats were allocated to five groups: Group A (blank control ), Group B (model control ), Group C ( low dosage of HXC), Group D (high dosage of HXC ) and Group E (positive control ). Serum levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were examined in mouse and rat models of hyperlipemia. [ Results ] As compared with Group B, HXC decreased serum levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride, lowered serum MDA content (/><0.05 or P<0.01) and increased SOD activity (P <0.05). [Conclusion] HXC exerts an effect in preventing hyperlipemia and atherosclerosis.
