摘要
随着水泵的高速化 ,离心水泵空蚀问题的研究越来越重要 离心泵进口加装诱导轮形成组合叶轮是提高离心泵空蚀性能的有效手段之一 ,而目前诱导轮对泵性能的影响机理仍不是很清楚 ,且设计原则也不完善 本文对带有诱导轮的离心水泵的性能进行了实验研究 实验中采用直观的表面油膜法记录和定性地描述诱导轮表面的流动情况 通过对具有两种不同结构的进水管的组合叶轮进行性能实验研究发现 ,改变组合叶轮泵的进口结构 。
With the increasingly higher rotation speed of pumps, the problem of cavitation is becoming more and more important. An effective method to improve the pump's cavitation performance is to install an inducer in the pump's inlet pipe to constitute a combined impeller. But the mechanism of the inducer's effect on the pump is still not clear and the design principle is also not perfect. The paper describes and analyses several performance experiments of a pump with a combined impeller. The oil film method is used to visualize the streamlines on the inducer's blade surfaces in the experiments. By contrast experiments, it is found that the flow in the inducer and the pump's exterior performance can be effectively improved by changing the size of inlet pipe of the pump with a combined impeller.
