摘要
以甲苯为有机相溶剂 ,二甲胺 (水溶液 )和烯丙基氯为原料 ,采用双液相二步法合成了固体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵。烯丙基氯和二甲基烯丙基胺的摩尔比≥ 2 .0 ,反应温度为 40℃ ,反应时间为 5 h,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵一次产率为 78%。母液套用后 。
The solid dimethyl dially ammonium chloride was synthesized with dimethyl amine and allyl chloride as raw materials by the method of double liquid phases and two steps.The molar ratio of allyl chloride and allyl dimethyl amine≥2.0, and the reaction was carried out at 40℃ for 5 hs.The solid dimethyl dially ammonium chloride was obtained in once 78% yield.The mother liquor was used repeatedly,and the raw materials were fully utilized.
