摘要
介绍了"一步法"和"两步法"制备DMDAAC单体过程中杂质的产生原因,对制备DMDAAC单体过程中杂质的控制与去除方法进行归纳总结,分析了各自优缺点。指出合成中杂质的形成机理及其分析方法的建立已经成为提高DMDAAC单体纯度的关键因素,并对工业化提高DMDAAC单体的纯度及今后的研究方向提出了建议。
The causes of impurities in DMDAAC monomer preparation by 'one-step'and 'two-step'methods are introduced in detail. The control and removal methods of impurities in the preparation of DMDAAC monomer are summarized,their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. It is pointed that the formation mechanism of impurities in synthesis and the establishment of analytical methods have become the key factors to improve the purity of DMDAAC monomer. Some suggestions on improving the purity of DMDAAC monomer and its future research direction are put forward.
