摘要
经济的发展离不开一定的资源 ,而资源就其形式来说大致可分为自然资源、资本资源、人力资源和知识资源 4种。单纯以自然资源和资本资源的大量投入来谋求经济的发展是许多国家包括我国都曾经走过的道路。实践证明这不是一条可持续发展之路。要走可持续发展之路 ,就必须把重点放在人力资源和知识资源的开发与利用上。本文在对教育、人力资源、经济可持续发展机理分析的基础上 ,对促进人力资源开发提出了对策建议。
Resource,which is indispensable to economic development,has four different main forms,that is natural resource capital resource,human resource and knowledge resource.Mang developing countries,including China have been investing large amounts of natural resource and capital resource to promote economic development.But,as has been proved,it is not the way for sustainable development which is based on the development and exploitation of human resource and knowledge resource.The paper states on the relations between education,human resource and sustainable development and offers suggestions on how to develop human resource.
