摘要
国有股减持作为一个重大的事件和市场题材已经对我国股市的运行趋势产生了越来越大的影响。作为股市的参与各方都认可国有股要减持的说法 ,问题的关键在于应当如何减持。从某种意义上讲 ,国有股减持问题的核心在于应该按什么价格减持。如果定价过高 ,就将是股市的重大利空 ,必将引起股市暴跌 ;如果定价过低 ,又有国家资产流失的问题。在国有股减持方案出台的一段时间里 ,由于采用高定价方式减持 ,已经引起了股市的重挫 ,人们不得不重新思考这个问题。国有股减持方案应当按照市场经济的基本原则和市场经济规律的原则来办。
