摘要
目的 测定自体全厚皮片内前列腺素 E2 含量的动态变化 ,并观察其含量变化对黑色素细胞( MC)增殖的可能影响。方法 借助放射免疫分析法测定皮片 PGE2 含量 ,同时观察表皮内两种 MC密度的动态变化。结果 术后 7d以前 ,PGE2 含量明显升高 ,而同期的 MC密度经历了减少—缓慢增加这样一个损伤—修复过程。术后 1月时 ,PGE2 再次升高不伴 MC密度的相应升高 ,但 MC对3 H- Td R的摄取明显升高 ,表明其处于较强的复制状态。结论 我们有理由相信 ,PGE2 含量的升高对于 MC密度的恢复乃至超过术前水平所产生的作用是非常重要的。进一步研究 PGE2 的功能 ,并从控制皮片内的 PGE2 含量入手控制 MC增殖 ,进而控制皮片的色泽 ,将是大有希望的途径之一。
Objective To determine changes in concentration of prostaglandin E 2 and to observe the effect of its concentration changes on proliferation and density of melanocytes in the skin autografts Methods The concentration of PGE 2 was determined by using radioimmune analysis.The density changes of two kinds of melanocytes were estimated at the same time Results PGE 2 concentration in the grafts increased significantly in seven days after surgery,and MC density decreased at the beginning then increased slowly which was a wound repair process.One month after surgery,PGE 2 concentration increased again without MC density raising,but with an increase of takein of 3H TdR by MC,which revealed that proliferation of MC was strengthened Conclusions There were reasons for us to believe that high concentration of PGE 2 is important for returning and exceeding to the normal density of MC.Profound study on the function of PGE 2 is necessary.It might be one way to control concentration of PGE 2 ,then control proliferation of MC and adjust the match of skin grafts
