摘要
对正常人面颈部皮肤表皮中黑素细胞的数量、形态、超微结构进行观察分析并与躯干部位相对照,发现面颈部尤其是额部和鼻背部表皮黑素细胞较多(x±S:2238±155.8),染色深,细胞突起短而细,胞浆内含黑素体较多;躯干部位表皮黑素细胞数量较少(x±S:868.9±98.7)染色淡,细胞突起较长,常相互连成网状,胞浆内黑素体也较少。此外,黑素细胞的数量在不同个体也存在较大的差异。造成黑素细胞数量的部位差异,可能由于面颈部受紫外线照射程度较躯干为强,使黑素细胞的增殖或活性的黑素细胞及黑素体的合成增加。
The numbers and ultrastructures of the epidermal melanocytes in the skin of the face and neck regions were examined and contrasted with those in trunk. We discovered that there were more melanocytes in the skin of the face and neck especially in the forehead and nasal back (x±s :2238±155.8)than those in the trunk (x±s:868.9±98.7).In addition ,the melanocytes of the former showed stronger dopa reaction and had short and thin dendritic processes and there were more melanosomes in the cytoplasm while the melanocytes in the latter showed weaker dopa reaction and had long dendrities,which formed a network and there were less melanosomes in the cytoplasm. Besides,there were wide variations of the melanocyte numbers in individuals and different regions.The factors for these differences may be due to more sun-exposure of the face and neck,and less sun-exposure of the trunk, The results were that melanocytes proliferated or active melanocytes and the melanosome incresed.
