摘要
通过对低速直线运动副建立物理模型,研究系统产生爬行的运动机理,从理论和实践上分析"爬行"产生的主要原因,从而提出消除"爬行"的有效措施。
The movement mechanism of 'crawling' produced from the system is studied and its major factorsare analyzed in theory and practice through the physical model made for low velocity linear drive pair. The effec-tive measures to eliminate 'crawling' are then put forward.
