摘要
为适应知识经济时代的潮流 ,企业必须注重人力知本管理。从人力知本的内涵入手 ,阐明了人力知本的时代特征 ,分析了人力知本对企业的影响 。
In order to adapt to the tide of knowledge economy, the enterprise should pay attention to the manpower knowledge capital.This paper discusses the connotation of manpower knowledge capital,explains its characteistics,and analyzes its influence on the enterprise .From such analysis,the paper put forward some suggestions on the management of manpower knowledge capital in the enterprise.
