摘要
分析表明 :家蚕蛹虫草含有虫草酸、虫草素、腺嘌呤、尿嘧啶、β 谷甾醇、麦角甾醇、生物碱和多种游离基酸 ,其化学成份的种类与冬虫夏草基本类似 ,但虫草素、腺嘌呤的含量是冬虫夏草的 3倍。氨基酸分析表明 :家蚕蛹虫草子实体中氨基酸含量高于蛹体部分 ,特别是Glu、Lys ,而Gly则明显低于蛹体部分。比较家蚕蛹虫草与蛹虫草菌粉的化学成份可知 :炽灼残渣、重金属、总氮量和腺嘌呤的含量家蚕蛹虫草高于蛹虫草菌粉 ;总糖、腺苷、甘露醇的含量低于蛹虫草菌粉。稳定性试验表明
Analysis of chemical components showed that silkworm Cordyceps militaris contains cordyceps acid, cordycepsin, adenine, uridine, β sitosterol, ergosterol, alkaloid and many amino acids. The chemical components of silkworm Cordyceps militaris are similar to that of Cordyceps sinesis , but there are three times cordycepsin and adenine as high in silkworm as in cordyceps sinesis. Amino acid analysis showed that most amino acids, especially Glu and Lys, of storma are higher than those of pupae in silkworm Cordyceps militaris , while Gly is lower in storma. The chemical components in silkworm Cordceps militaris and Cordceps militaris fungi fermentation body were compared, and the former had higher amount blazing sediments, heavy metals, nitrogen and adenine whereas the latter had higher quantities of carbohydrates, adenosine and mannol. The test of stability showed that functional components in silkworm Cordceps militaris remained steady within three months.
