摘要
目的 :探讨清成毒饮和养正片改善L72 12小鼠骨髓抑制的作用机理。方法 :取 40只 6 15小鼠随机平均分为四组 ,除 10只空白对照外 ,均接种成L72 12白血病模型 ,化疗药物为 2 5 0毫克 /千克CTX小鼠腹腔注射 ,灌服中药清毒饮和养正片各 0 .5毫升 ,治疗 7d后 ,测定小鼠外周血像中WBC、HB、PLT ;取骨髓测定红系祖细胞 (BFU E)和粒单细胞集落形成细胞 (CFU GM )和粒单细胞集落形成细胞 (CFU GM)数 ,以及小鼠骨髓中有核细胞计数。结果 :治疗后小鼠外周血像 (WBC、PLT、HB)均有不同程度上升 ;治疗组BFU E、CFU GM和骨髓有核细胞计数均高于化疗组 ,与模型组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :清毒饮和养正片有改善L72 12白血病小鼠化疗后骨髓抑制的作用。
OBJECTIVE:To study the mechanism of QingDuYin and YangZhengPian to improve myelosuppression in L7212 leukemia mice. METHOD:615 mice were diveded into four groups. Besides control group, the other groups were inoculated L7212 leukemia rats models. After injecting CTX and taking QingDuYin and YangZhengPian, periphery blood of WBC, HB, PLT were detected; BFU E, CFU GM and karyocyte of bone marrow were calculated.RESULTS:Amount of WBC, HB, PLT were increased, BFU E, CFU GM and karyocyte of treating group is higher than those in chemotherapy group compared with model group ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION:QingDuYin and Yang ZhengPian improved L7212 leukemia mice myelosuppression due to chemotherapy.
