摘要
采用自拟的抗白血病系列Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ方，配合西药化疗的中西医结合方法，治疗急性非淋巴细胞性白血病２３例，结果完全缓解率达７１．４％，部分缓解和无效６例（２８．６％）。临床观察显示，这种将辨证与辨病相结合，根据化疗不同阶段，有机地配合中药的方法，完全缓解率较高，化疗的毒副作用较少，骨髓抑制较轻，并能在较短期内得到恢复，为下一次化疗创造了条件。
The author used a series of anti-leukemic prescriptions Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ as a subsidiary remedyof chemical therapy to treat 23 cases of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia(ANLL).The completeremission(CR)rate was 71.4%, and the partial remission (PR)and ineffective rate was 28.6%(6 cases).It was shown that when syndrome differentiation is combined with disease differentia-tion and herbal medicines are applied according to the various stages of chemical therapy,the CRrate will be higher,the foxic and side effects lesser, the suppression of bone marrow milder andthe recover period shorter. It may provide a good condition for the next chemical therapy.
