摘要
通过研究盐酸小蘖碱 (BC)对细菌脂多糖 (LPS)诱导的人脐静脉内皮细胞 (HUVEC)与粒性白细胞 (HL -60 )粘附的影响 ,探讨盐酸小蘖碱的抗炎作用机制。结果 ,盐酸小蘖碱与LPS共同处理HUVEC时 ,能明显降低LPS诱导的HUVEC与HL -60的粘附 ,可能是BC抗炎作用机制之一。
The effect of Berberine chloride on LPS induced adhesion of human leucocyte(HL-60)with human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC) was studied. The result showed that berberine chloride could inhibit the adhesion of HUVEC with HL-60 induced by LPS,which might be correlated to the anti inflammation mechanisms of berberin chloride.
