摘要
目的 :再评价小檗碱抗腹泻作用 ,以指导临床合理应用。方法 :查阅国内、外近期对小檗碱抗腹泻作用文献进行再评价。结果与结论 :小檗碱通过抗炎、抑制肠分泌、抑杀病原体和阻碍病原体黏附和植生肠黏膜表面产生抗腹泻作用。临床不仅用于治疗感染性腹泻 。
OBJECTIVE: To ovaluate the effect of Berberine on antidiarrhea in order to direct doctors to rational drug usage. METHODS: To review recent literatures at home and abroad in order to re evaluate the effect of Berberine on antidiarrhea. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Berberine can act as antidiarrhea by way of anti inflammation, inhibiting intestinal secretion, inhibiting and killing pathogen and preventing pathogen from adhesion and growing on the surface of intestine. Berberine is not only used for infective diarrhea but also used for noninfective diarrhea.
