摘要
从OMIM检索出的脉搏相关基因座 ,与中医脉象对比 ,①中医虚脉与西医柔脉 ,实脉与强脉 ,促、结、代脉与间隙脉 ,动脉与短脉、迟脉与稀脉及缓脉 ,涩脉与不均脉及交替脉 ,代脉与二联脉 ,虾游脉(怪脉)与急冲脉等分别相对应 ,且洪、数脉中西医同名同义。②西医的均、不稳定及丘状等脉没有中医的相应脉象。③中医三部九候的人迎脉与西医的颈动脉搏动相对应 ,但西医的腹主动脉搏动 ,肝脉搏动及桡动脉搏动等都无中医的对应。④中医从相关基因的相应脉象 。
There are comparatives between related locus of pulse sorted fiom OMIM and the pulse phenomenon of TCM.①Thy are very much alike in eight types between deficiency pulse in TCM and soft pulse in Western Medicine,excess and strong pulse,three kinds of the pulse of the running,the knotted and the Belt Channel and intermittent pulse,tremulous and short pulse,slow and slow and infrequent pulse,uneven and unequal and alternating pulse,the Belt Channel and coupled pulse;shrimp dartin to be one of the seven/ten moribund pulses and sharp pulses and so on.Besides those,the pulses of the full and frequent are same words and sense also.②Thy are no alike in unequal,labile and plateau in TCM pulses yet.③Although,the Renying pulse of TCM has identical pulse with the carotid pulse of WM,but they are not sorted on abdominal,hepatic and radial puse in TCM yet.④TCM syndrome of the genetic disease whould be diagnosed with the related gene of the pulse phenomenon certainly.
