摘要
货币市场在一国金融体系中具有突出重要的地位。在过去16年的发展过程中,货币市场的发展对我国金融改革与发展具有一定的促进作用,但在发展中也有许多经验教训值得认真总结,主要表现在以地方利益为基础的市场分割;货币市场的设计不合理等。在总结货币市场发展经验教训的基础上,作者对当前货币市场发展中的一些重大争论阐述了自己的看法。
Money market plays a very important role in the financial system. In the past 16 years.great achievements have been made in the development of money market. However, lessons cannot be neglected, such as the market segmentation based on the local profit, inappropriate policy design, etc. This paper also presents personal ideas about some arguments in the development of money market on the basis of the experience and lessons of China's money market
