货币市场在一国金融体系中具有突出重要的地位。在过去16年的发展过程中,货币市场的发展对我国金融改革与发展具有一定的促进作用,但在发展中也有许多经验和教训值得认真总结,主要表现在以地方利益为基础的市场分割;货币市场的设计不合理等。在总结货币市场发展经验教训的基础上,作者对当前货币市场发展中的一些重大争论阐述了自己的看法。
Money market plays a very important role in the financial system. In the past 16 years, we have not only made achievements in the development of money market.but also had a great deal of lessons, such as the market segmentation based on the local profit, improper policy design.etc. Based on the lessons of China' s money market, the author also gives his own ideas on the arguments in the development of money market.
