摘要
针对主离合器壳体结构特点,本文论述了解决树脂模样制作过程中树脂体收缩增大、在成型底板上直接浇注吊砂型腔及翻制树脂活块等技术难题的工艺方法。
Technical problems such as larger volume shrinkage of resin which is being formed a pattern, pouring a mold with hanging-cod cavity directly on a shaping pattern plate and making loose pieces of resin etc have been solved aiming at structure characteristics of main clutch housing.
