摘要 研究了浇注前停留时间、搅拌对ZL102合金铸造组织和性能的影响。结果表明:搅拌和浇注前停留使初生Si的形态由粗大的多角形或板块状变为小块状或枝晶;共晶Si的形态由粗大的针状或片状变为细小的针状或纤维状,且针变短;合金液组织分布更均匀,枝晶基体得到细化。ZL102铸造试样的布氏硬度是直接浇注的试样最低,搅拌后停留2 min最高,比前者提高17.5%。ZL102铸造试样的磨损性能为停留3 min最好,搅拌后浇注和直接浇注及搅拌后停留试样的耐磨性能基本一致,对磨损能改善一点。 The effect of holding time and stirring before pouring on the microstructure and properties of ZL102 cast alloy was investigated. The results show that: the morphology of primary Si is from large polygon or plate to small blocks or dendrites and that of eutectic Si is from large noodle or plate to fine noodles or fibers and short; the liquid of ZLI02 alloy is more uniform and the dendrite matrix is refined. Brinell hardness of ZL102 cast alloy by directly pouring is the lowest in the all samples and that of sample poured by holding 2 min after stirring is the highest than the former by 17.5%. Wear resistance of ZL102 alloy sample by holding 3 min is the best. The wear resistance of samples poured by direct pouring, pouring and holding time after stirring are almost the same, which can improve a little of its wear.
