摘要
宋代是中国封建社会发展进程中的一个重要阶段。这一时期 ,财产继承法规更加完善 ,对妇女财产权的规定更为详备。基于女性的特殊身份 ,其财产权利呈现出多重性的特点。其中在室女的财产权较前扩大 ,除与兄弟分析家产外 ,亦可继承户绝财产的全部或绝大部分 。
In Song Dynasty,the rules and regulations about the possession of property were perfected,with the result of that doctrines concerning woman's possession of property were being amplified.Because of the particularity of status,woman's rights to property presented the characteristic of diversity.As far as a unmarried woman was concerned,she was entitled to get more rights to property.With the exception of dividing up family property along with her brothers,a woman could alsy inherit property in fee or for the most part,she could get part of the inheritance of property relying on trousseaus as well.
