介绍了加氢精制装置高压换热器研制的基本经验 ,主要包括 :2 .2 5Cr- 1.0Mo主体材料的要求和质量控制 ;自制H0 8Cr2MoA焊丝、E30 9L和E347L焊带的应用 ;2 .2 5Cr - 1.0Mo筒体焊缝焊接和筒体内表面堆焊的焊接工艺 ;管束制造 ;
Basic experiences for construction of Reactor Effluent-Hydrogen Heat Exchanger were introduced.The requirements and quality control for the main material 2.25Cr-1.0Mo, application of the welding wire H08Cr2MoA and welding strip E309L and E347L made by our factory, welding procedure specifications for the shell welds and the shell inner strip surfacing, manufacture of tube bundle and requirements and control for the heat treatment and inspections were covered.
