摘要 介绍了加氢中温高压分离器主体材料 16MnR(HIC)板 ,选用国产单层带极堆焊焊带、手工堆焊焊条进行堆焊过程中遇到的问题及解决方法 ,并着重介绍了工艺规范对堆焊层铁素体含量及堆焊质量的影响 ,确定了适当的堆焊工艺规范参数。 This article introduced mainly that there will be some questions and how to solve them,when the main material of 16MnR(HIC) steel of the medium-temperature & high-hydrogenation separator which was surfacing-welded by surfacing band-wire and manual surfacing rod.The ferrite conten of the surfacing layer and the surfacing quality affected by the welding process was emphatically explained,and proper parameter about the surfacing process was found.
