摘要
本文首先对萨缪尔森的公共品定义的局限性作出分析 ,在此基础上 ,着重从理论上分析各种可能的公共品调节机制及其效率条件 ,最后结合中国的实际对公共品供给的效率机制作简要小结。
The article analyzed the limitation of the definition of the public goods given by Samuelson,then focused on the analysis of the possible conditions for efficiency and adjustment mechanism of the public goods.According to Chinas condition,the author summarized the efficiency mechanism of the public goods supply.
