摘要
关于公共产品的传统研究基本集中在经济层面,很少从政治层面上对公共产品的属性进行考察。分析公共产品的不可逃避性以及对民主政治的影响,对于推进民主政治发展具有重要意义。
With regard to the traditional study of the public products,it mainly centralizes on the basic level aspect,but rarely investigates the property of public products from the angle of politic level.It has very important meaning for promoting democratic politics to analyze their un-escapable nature and influence on the democratic politics.
