在如何实现社会主义共同富裕目标的战略部署上 ,新中国的三代领导人分别在社会主义经济建设的不同历史时期 ,开创了一条区域经济发展战略重点突破之路 :毛泽东以内地建设为重点 ,实施区域经济均衡发展战略 ;邓小平以东部沿海建设为重点 ,实施区域经济非均衡发展战略 ;江泽民以西部大开发为重点 ,实施区域经济协调发展战略。
About how to realize the aim of common richness in our socialist country, the three generations of leaders in New China, at different historical stages in our socialist construction, open up a road toward strategic breakthrough of focal points in developing regional economy. Mao stresses the inland construction and carries out the strategy of balanced development of regional economy, Deng takes the coastal area construction in East China as the focal point and carries out the strategy of unbalanced development of regional economy, while Jiang puts emphasis on the great development of West China and carries out the strategy of coordinate development of regional economy. The three show a clear relationship between the different strategies.
