This text discussed the background and necessities of the mountain west industrial structure first,then did the detailed analysis to the present condition of the industrial structure of the mountain west province,the point discusses the mountain west industrial structure to adjust with excellent turn the upgrade measure ,difference from excellent turn the industry,science and tech nology,talented person,information,environmental protection…etc.to launch the argument,and did the analysis of the synopsis to adjustment and otherrelations of the mountain west industrial structure.
