摘要
本文通过建立顶渣向钢水传氧的物理模型来讨论影响中间罐中顶渣向钢水传氧的因素。并在油-水体系中测定苯甲酸的容量传质系数,从而考察注速及中间罐结构对钢-渣间传质系数的影响。研究结果表明,顶渣中氧化铁含量和传质系数是影响顶渣向钢水传氧速率的主要因素,而注速及中间罐结构对钢-渣间传氧速率也有很大影响。
On the basis of setting physical models of oxygen transfer rate from top slag to steel,the causes of effect on oxygen transfer rate from top slag to steel in tundish are studied. The capacity mass transfer coefficient of benzoic acid is measured in an oil-water system. According to the different capacity mass tranfer coefficiens of benzoic acid, the effect of steel flow rate configuration of tundish on oxygen transfer rate of slag/steel is discussed. The results show that the main causes of effect on oxygen transfer rate from top slag to steel are the content of ferric oxide mass transfer rate. Meanwhile, there is great effect of steel flow rate configuration of tundish on oxygen transfer rate.
