摘要
介绍国内外洁净钢生产技术工艺，结合包钢现有生产工艺就开发洁净钢生产技术的可行性进行粗略分析，提出了生产洁净钢所应采取的技术措施。
Domestic and international clean steel production process is introduced. Combining with the existing production process at Baotou Steel, the feasibility of development of clean steel production is analyzed and technical measures for clean steel production are proposed.
