摘要 目的:研究蒺藜皂苷的降血糖作用。方法:以四氧嘧啶(Alloxan)致糖尿病小鼠,以降糖灵为阳性对照药,灌胃10 d后,测定小鼠血清葡萄糖、甘油三酯、胆固醇及超氧化合物歧化酶(SOD)等生化指标。结果:蒺藜皂苷能显著降低正常小鼠和Alloxan致糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平,降糖率分别为26.25%和40.67%;蒺藜皂苷在降低血糖的同时,能够显著降低糖尿病小鼠血清甘油三酯水平,其降低率为23.35%,对血清胆固醇含量也有一定的降低趋势;同时蒺藜皂苷还能够显著提高血清SOD活力。结论:蒺藜皂苷具有明显的降血糖作用。 Objective: To study the hypoglycemic effect of saponin from Tribulus terrestris L. Method: Alloxan was used to establish the diabetic model in mice. Phenformin Hydrochlride Tables was used as the positive control. The level of glucose, triglyceride, cholserol and SOD in serum were determined. Results: The level of serum glucose could be significantly reduced by saponin from Tribulus terrestris, which was the rate of 26.25% and 40.67% in normal mice and diabetic mice in respectively. The level of serum triglyceride could be reduced 23.35%. The saponin could also decrease the content of serum cholsterol. Serum SOD activity of the mice was increased by the saponin. Conclusion: Saponin from Tribulue terrestris could significantly reduce the level of serum glucose.
