摘要
视网膜静脉阻塞(retinal vein occlusion,RVO)是以视网膜血管病变为特征的眼底病变,此病对于患者视力损害较大,近年来,其发病率逐年上升。“十二经脉,三百六十五络,其血气皆上于面而走空窍,其精阳气上走于目而为之精”,目与络脉有着密切的关系。作者以络病学说为基础,从络脉生理及病理来探讨络病与RVO的关系,对RVO的诊疗思路具有指导作用。临床治疗RVO应以疏通为主要原则,注重虫类药、辛味药、藤类药、补益药的应用,并结合络刺,使目络得通,目视得明。
Retinal vein occlusion(RVO)is a fundus lesion characterized by retinal vasculopathy,which has great visual impairment for patients,and in recent years,its incidence has been increasing year by year.“The twelve meridians and the three hundred and sixty-five collaterals,all of whose blood energies reaches up to the head and face and enters the orifices,and the subtle energy of their Yang Qi reaches up to the eyes,enabling eyes to see everything”,the eyes have a close relationship with the collaterals.Based on the collateral disease theory,the relationship between collaterals and RVO is discussed through the discussion of the physiology and pathology of collaterals,which is a guide for RVO treatment ideas.For the RVO,the main principle of clinical treatment should be dredging,focusing on the application of animals medicines,pungent-taste herbs,vine herbs and tonic herbs and combining with pricking blood therapy,so that the collaterals of eyes can be opened and finally the vision is restored.
