摘要
目的 :探讨强迫症 (OCD)患者睡眠特征。 方法 :对 2 1例OCD患者进行多导睡眠图 (PSG)检查 ,并与 2 0例正常成年人进行对比分析。 结果 :OCD患者睡眠中觉醒次数、时间增多 ,觉醒比异常 ;睡眠效率下降 ;第 1期 (S1期 )睡眠百分比减少 ;快速眼动 (REM)睡眠时间增加。随着病程的增长 ,REM睡眠首次潜伏期延长 ,REM睡眠时间减少。 结论 :OCD患者有睡眠异常现象 。
Objective:To explore the sleeping characteristics in obsessive-compulsive disorders(OCD). Method:All night polysomnography recordings were obtained in 21 patients with OCD, compared with 20 normal subjects. Results:The arousal times, awake time, rapid eyes movement(REM) time were increased in OCD group.The sleeping efficiency stages decreased. The rate of awake /asleep was abnormal. With the illness prolonged, the first latency of REM increased and the duration of REM decreased. Conclusion:Abnormal sleeping phenomenon exists in OCD patients, which may be correlated to the pathogenesis of OCD.
