摘要
采用线性组合算符和么正变换方法计算了极性晶体中强耦合激子的基态能量、内部激发态能量和激发态能量。结果表明 ,激子的基态能量、第一内部激发态能量和激发能可表示为耦合常数α和降幂级数 ,其首项为 α的 1次项。
The energy of ground state, of the internal excited state and the excitation energy of a strong coupling exciton in polar crystals are calculated by using the linear combination operator and the unitary transformation methods. The results illustrates that the energy of ground state, of the first internal excited state and excitation energy of the exciton represents a series of α-1, the first term being proportional to α, the coupling constant.
