摘要
针对普通高校学报性质 ,论述了构建学报个性、建立健全审稿机制和建立高素质编辑队伍是提高学报质量的关键。
Based on the nature of college journals, this paper deals with the keys to improving the quality of the journal from three aspects:developing the characteristics;establishing a sound mechanism of examining manuscripts and training qualified editing staff.
