摘要
分析高校学报的生存基础、发展路径和支撑体系。强调高校学报作为学术期刊 ,其改革和发展的目标不应局限在扩大发行量上 ,而应注重提高刊物的影响力 ,在增强社会效益上作做文章 。
This paper analyzes the existence bases, the development way and the sustaining system for the journals of colleges and universities. It emphasizes the requirements for the reform and development on widening their influences and improving their social benefits rather than on confining to the circulation enlargement.
