摘要
介绍了建成的圆柱形稀油密封干式煤气柜的结构特点 ,以及该柜在运行中存在的在立柱安装精度不够、侧板对接焊缝欠理想、侧板外部与立柱焊缝欠理想、活塞倾斜检测装置读数困难等问题。针对上述问题提出了一些具体的解决方法 。
The POC type dry gas-holder built in 1999 of SISG is the first column thin oil sealed gas-holder in China. Compared with the MAN type gas-holder in common use, its piston runs more stably, the reserve pressure is 1.5~2.0 kPa higher than MAN type gas-holder, steels needed to build the gas-holder is reduced by 20 precent, the running expenses is reduced by 100 000 $/a. But the gas-holder still has some problems, for example, the fixing precision of the vertical stiffener is not sufficient, the side plate occtt, quality is not very good, the welding of the side plate and the stiffener is not very good, the inclination indicator of the piston is difficult to read. Therefore, aimed at those questions, some specific resolving ways are put forward, so the dry type gas-holder constant running is effectively assured, and remarkable econmic and social benefit are obtained.
