摘要
在煤气柜运行的理想状态下,气柜活塞的中心与筒体的几何中心理论上是重合的。然而在实际运行过程中,因为气柜进气量的瞬间变化,可能对气柜活塞造成不利影响,使活塞产生倾斜或者偏移。通常,活塞产生倾斜或者偏移后,可以通过调平装置自动调节至中心位置,活塞受力一直处于一种动平衡状态。基于此,分析活塞因煤气柜进气压强的差异性分布工况下,煤气柜活塞平衡和调平装置的工作性能。
In the ideal state of gas holder operation,the center of the gas holder piston theoretically coincides with the geometric center of the cylinder.However,in actual operation,the instantaneous changes in the intake volume of the gas tank may have adverse effects on the gas tank piston,causing it to tilt or shift.Usually,after the piston tilts or deviates,it can be automatically adjusted to the center position through the leveling device,and the piston is always in a dynamic balance state under force.By analyzing the differential distribution of the piston due to the inlet pressure of the gas holder,the working performance of the gas holder piston balance and leveling device is analyzed.
